1. Membership Grant of Access
Premium membership grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and
download digital files in accordance with the selected subscription tier.
Access rights do not constitute transfer of ownership of any intellectual property.
2. Download Limits & Abuse Prevention
Download limits apply as specified by membership tier. Automated downloading, scraping, credential
sharing, resale of access, or any activity inconsistent with normal GPL usage is strictly prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in excessive or suspicious
activity.
3. Payments, Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Fees are charged in
advance.
All digital services are deemed delivered upon account access.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital goods, all membership fees are non-refundable except
where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the
user in the preceding 12 months.
No liability shall apply for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial and consumer protection principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts as required by
applicable law.
